Generally noticed benefits from being vegan:

My personal benefits from being vegan:

♥ weightloss without starving or any dieting (yay)

♥ less stomacheache

♥ no menstrual cramps any more

♥ no cough attacks any more ( no need for my asthma inhaler, which hasn’t helped me anyway like the doctor)

 

In my personal circle I heard of, that many lost weight, have less stomache pain, the allergies disappeared and they don’t have any asthma, since they went vegan.
